They say you’re not supposed to play favorites between your kids, but that apparently doesn’t matter to US President Donald Trump. To be fair, Trump has played favorites with everything from administration officials to Fox News hosts, so it should come as no surprise to anyone that he does the same with his kids. But it’s probably not something his family really appreciates.

Now, Rob Shuter is reporting that the President isn’t even considering the possibility of holding the wedding of his oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., in the White House.

Donald Trump Jr. isn’t important enough to the President — not for something on that level,” one source said. “In his father’s mind, the White House stage is reserved for moments that elevate him and the Trump brand. This doesn’t do either.”

Ouch. Let’s remember Donald Trump Jr. is the President’s oldest son, and the only one bearing his name. But even that is apparently not enough. And yet, sources say he’d be willing to consider it for some of his kids.

“If it were Ivanka or Barron, it wouldn’t even be a conversation — it would already be in motion,” the insider added. “You’d have planning teams, press strategy, the full spectacle locked in. No hesitation.”

Perhaps this is why insiders say a White House wedding hasn’t even been considered. “Though it would be beautiful, a wedding has not even been discussed at the White House at all,” a White House official told Naughty But Nice.

Reportedly, everyone knows how things work in the Trump family. And though Donald Trump Jr. has been very public about his support for his father, that’s reportedly not enough. “There’s a definite pecking order in the Trump family — and it’s understood by everyone around the President,” the source explained. “Moments like this don’t just happen. They reveal exactly who gets the spotlight… and who doesn’t.”

Ironically, this comes after reports that the President and his son weren’t exactly seeing eye to eye on Tiger Woods. The golfer, who is dating Donald Trump Jr.’s ex-wife and the mother of his kids, Vanessa Trump, is reportedly close to the President. But after his recent arrest for DUI, Trump Jr. reportedly didn’t want him around his kids.

“This isn’t casual concern — he’s furious. Those are his kids. Full stop,” an insider told Rob Shuter.

“Everyone else gave Tiger the benefit of the doubt. But Don always saw the red flags. Always,” the report said. “Having Tiger as a friend of the family is one thing. Having him around your kids? That’s a completely different story — and, to Don, it’s alarming.”

But Woods is reportedly close enough to Trump that the body cam from Woods’ recent arrest shows him telling a deputy, “I was just talking to the president.”

According to Rob Shuter, “Their relationship is much tighter than people realize. This isn’t casual — they talk all the time.”

We can probably add that to the list of things that make it obvious that, if there is a favorite in the Trump family, it’s not Donald Trump Jr.
